Automated Deposit and Balance Tracking
Every morning, WebRun reads upcoming procedures and their agreed prices in TrichoSuite, checks each patient's deposit and balance payments in Stripe, and posts your front desk a Slack digest of who is fully paid, who still owes a deposit, and who has a surgery balance due before their date.
How do I see which hair transplant patients still owe a deposit or balance?
Every morning WebRun reads upcoming procedures and their agreed prices in TrichoSuite, then checks each patient's deposit and balance payments in Stripe. It posts your front desk a Slack digest grouping who is fully paid, who owes a deposit, and who has a balance due before surgery, so no case reaches its date underpaid.
- No procedure reaches its surgery date with an unpaid balance unnoticed
- Front desk sees deposit and balance status every morning in Slack
- Payments reconcile to the right case automatically from Stripe

Questions, answered
Will it charge patients or send payment requests automatically?
No. WebRun only reads payment status from Stripe and posts an internal Slack digest. It never charges a card or messages a patient, so your front desk decides how to follow up on anything owed.
How does it match a payment to the right procedure?
It matches Stripe payments and invoices to each patient's upcoming TrichoSuite procedure by name and agreed price, then totals deposits and balances against what was quoted.
Does the digest expose patient names externally?
No. The digest posts to your private front desk Slack channel using patient initials and surgery dates, so no identifying financial detail leaves the clinic.
