Automated FUE Graft Count Recap
Every evening, WebRun opens TrichoSuite, reads the day's completed FUE sessions with their graft counts and technique, appends each case to a Google Sheet, and posts your surgical team a Slack recap so grafts placed per surgeon and per case are logged without manual tallying.
How do I track grafts placed per FUE session automatically?
Every evening WebRun opens TrichoSuite, reads each completed FUE session's graft count, technique, and surgeon, and logs them to a Google Sheet with the planned versus placed variance. It then posts your surgical team a Slack recap of total grafts placed and grafts per surgeon, so daily output is tracked without manual tallying.
- Graft counts logged every night without manual tallying
- Planned versus placed variance is visible for every case
- Surgical team sees daily output per surgeon in Slack

Questions, answered
Does this recap contain patient identities?
No. The Slack recap and sheet use patient initials and case numbers only, and stay inside your private clinic channel and sheet. No identifying patient detail is posted externally.
How does it know grafts placed versus planned?
It reads the placed graft count logged on each completed TrichoSuite session and compares it to the graft estimate from the original scan, flagging the variance in its own column.
Can it recap DHI cases too, not just FUE?
Yes. It lists every completed session for the day regardless of technique, tagging each row FUE or DHI so mixed-technique days are recapped accurately.
