No. WebRun leaves the Stripe quote in draft and the email unsent for your consultant to review. No patient is emailed and no card is charged until a human approves it.

How is the graft count priced?

It reads the automatic graft estimate from the TrichoSuite scan and multiplies it by your per-graft rate, then adds any package or deposit line you have configured in Stripe.

Can the consultant adjust the plan before it goes out?

Yes. Everything is left as a draft, so your consultant can change the graft count, technique, or price in the quote and email before sending it to the patient.
