Automated DripJobs Post-Install Review Requests
Every morning, WebRun opens DripJobs, finds gutter installs marked complete in the last 2 days, checks Google Business Profile to see whether that customer has already left a review, and drafts a warm, personal review request email in Gmail for anyone who hasn't, left unsent for your review.
How do I automatically ask customers for a review after a gutter install?
WebRun checks DripJobs every morning for gutter installs completed in the last 2 days, confirms in Google Business Profile that the customer hasn't already reviewed the job, and drafts a personal review request email in Gmail with a direct link to leave one. You send each draft yourself, so every finished install gets a timely ask instead of relying on memory.
- Every finished install gets a review request within 2 days instead of relying on memory
- Customers who already left a review are never asked twice
- Online review volume grows steadily without a manual follow-up list

Questions, answered
Will it email customers for a review without me?
No. Every review request is left as a Gmail draft for you to review and send. WebRun never emails a customer on its own.
How does it avoid asking someone who already left a review?
It checks Google Business Profile for a matching review first, so anyone who already reviewed the job is skipped automatically.
Can it choose which jobs to ask based on how the job went?
It only looks at completion status in DripJobs. If you flag a job as having an issue, exclude it from the filter and it won't get a request drafted.
