Automated Guru Milestone Invoice Chasing
Every Monday, WebRun opens Guru, goes through your active agreements, finds the milestones marked complete that were never invoiced, prepares an invoice draft for each without sending it, logs the client and amount to Airtable, and messages you the uninvoiced total on WhatsApp.
How do I make sure every completed milestone actually gets invoiced?
WebRun reviews your Guru agreements every Monday and finds milestones marked complete that were never invoiced. It logs each one to Airtable with the client, the amount, and how long ago the work finished, drafts the invoice for you to send, and messages the total to your WhatsApp.
- Work delivered weeks ago actually turns into money
- The uninvoiced total is in front of you every Monday
- Every invoice waits unsent until you approve the amount

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send invoices to my clients?
No. WebRun prepares each invoice and leaves it unsent in Guru. Billing a client is irreversible, so you check the amount and the milestone, then send it yourself.
Does it message my clients about payment?
No. The only message it sends is to your own WhatsApp with the uninvoiced total. Clients are never contacted, chased, or copied in.
What if the milestone was already invoiced?
It is skipped. WebRun reads the live agreement in Guru each Monday, so any milestone with an invoice already raised never appears on the list.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
