Automated GroupMe Unanswered Question Digest

Every evening, WebRun opens GroupMe on the web, reads the day's messages across the groups you watch, picks out questions and requests that nobody replied to, records each one in Airtable with the group, the person, and the time, and posts a short follow-up list to your Microsoft Teams channel so the organiser can answer them in one sitting.

In short

How do I find group chat questions that never got answered?

WebRun reads your watched GroupMe groups every evening and pulls out the questions and requests that nobody replied to. It logs each one in Airtable with the group, the person, and the date, then posts an ordered follow-up list to Microsoft Teams so the organiser can clear them in one sitting.

  • Questions in a busy group chat stop disappearing up the scroll
  • The organiser answers a short list once a day instead of watching all day
  • Anything open for more than two days is called out by name

Built for club organisers · sports team managers · community leads · class coordinators

    • Put the oldest unanswered ask at the top

    • Say how many asks were closed since yesterday

Done when The organiser channel has tonight's follow-up list.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it reply in the group chat?

No. WebRun only reads your GroupMe groups. It never posts a message, reacts, adds anyone, or leaves a group. Answers stay with the organiser, who now has the list in front of them.

How does it know a question went unanswered?

It reads the messages that followed within the thread and the rest of the day. If nobody addressed the ask, it stays on the list, and it drops off as soon as someone answers in the group.

Can it watch only some of my groups?

Yes. Give WebRun the groups that matter, such as your team, club, or class group, and it ignores everything else so the nightly list stays short.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
