In short

How do I find out when Google disapproves my product listings?

WebRun opens Google Merchant Center every morning, finds every product that is disapproved or has a pending issue, and groups them by the reason Google gave. It sends your team a WhatsApp summary and books a Google Calendar fix block on days the count crosses your threshold, so listings come back fast.

  • Disapproved listings surface the morning they happen
  • Repeat causes are grouped, so one fix clears many items
  • Long-running disapprovals are flagged with their age

Built for ecommerce managers · online retailers · PPC agencies · shopping feed specialists

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Will it edit my product feed to fix the issues?

No. WebRun reads Google Merchant Center and reports what is disapproved. It never edits a product, changes a price, or resubmits a feed. Fixes stay with your team so a wrong edit cannot go live.

Does it message customers or suppliers?

No. The WhatsApp message goes only to your own internal team group. WebRun never contacts a customer or a supplier from this run, and any outbound message is drafted for a person to approve.

What if the same product is disapproved for weeks?

It is flagged with how many days it has been down, so long-running disapprovals rise to the top of the summary instead of blending into the daily count.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
