It uses the thresholds you set for each metric. Nothing is flagged until a value actually crosses the line you defined.
Will it keep alerting about the same breach?
No. It alerts once when a metric first crosses the threshold, then stays quiet on that metric until it either recovers or crosses again after recovering.
Does it change anything in our GoodData workspace?
No. It only reads metric values. Dashboards, models, and data sources are never edited.
