Automated Golf Club Member Statement Drafts
On the first of each month, WebRun opens Club Caddie, pulls the prior month's charges for every active member, compiles a clear statement for each, drafts a delivery email in Gmail, and posts a batch summary to Slack for staff review before any statement is sent.
How do I automatically generate and send monthly member statements for a golf club?
On the first of each month, WebRun opens Club Caddie, collects itemized charges for every active member from the prior month, and drafts a clear statement email in Gmail for each one. Staff review the full batch via a Slack summary and send the statements, so no email leaves without approval.
- Monthly statements are drafted and ready for review on the first of every month
- High-balance accounts are flagged in Slack for priority staff attention
- No member receives a statement until a staff member approves and sends it
Built for golf club billing managers · country club administrators · club finance staff · membership directors

Questions, answered
Will it send statements to members automatically?
No. Every statement email is saved as a Gmail draft. Staff review the full batch and send them manually. No member receives a statement without human approval.
What charges does it include in the statement?
It pulls all charges posted to the member's account in Club Caddie for the prior month, including dues, pro shop purchases, food and beverage, and any other account activity recorded in the system.
What happens if a member has a zero balance?
Members with no activity for the month still receive a draft statement showing zero charges. You can instruct WebRun to skip zero-balance accounts during setup if you prefer.
