Automated Ghost Kitchen Menu Price Change Rollout

When you upload a price-change file, WebRun reads the new prices from your Google Sheet, opens Otter to update each affected menu item across all active virtual brands, and posts a channel-by-channel completion checklist to Slack so you can confirm the rollout landed correctly on every platform.

In short

How do I roll out menu price changes across all my ghost kitchen delivery channels automatically?

When you upload an approved price-change file to Google Sheets, WebRun reads each item and its new price, opens Otter to apply the update across every specified virtual brand and delivery channel, then posts a channel-by-channel completion checklist to Slack. Large increases above your threshold are flagged for a second approval before going live.

  • Price changes roll out across every brand and channel in one run - no manual Otter edits per brand
  • Large price increases are flagged automatically before going live
  • A Slack completion checklist gives managers a channel-by-channel confirmation record

Built for ghost kitchen operators · menu managers · multi-brand delivery teams

Questions, answered

Can it apply a price change to only some brands and not others?

Yes. Your Google Sheet specifies which brands and channels each price change applies to. WebRun only updates the combinations you have listed, leaving unaffected brands untouched.

What if a large price increase needs extra approval?

Any price change above the threshold you configure (for example, more than 30% increase) is flagged in the checklist and left unapplied until a second manager confirms in the Sheet.

Does it verify the price is live on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub?

WebRun confirms the price is updated in Otter, which then syncs to your connected delivery platforms. It logs the Otter confirmation status for each item in the Slack checklist.
