Automated Session Support Question Logging

Every morning, WebRun reviews new questions posted in your Session support group, logs each one to Google Sheets with its topic, and flags any recurring question so your Notion FAQ doc stays current instead of the same answer being retyped.

In short

How do I log and track questions from my Session support group?

WebRun reviews your Session support group every morning, logging each new question to Google Sheets with its topic and who asked. When the same question comes up more than once, it updates a Notion FAQ doc with that entry, so recurring questions get a reusable answer instead of being retyped from scratch each time.

  • Every support question is logged with its topic
  • Recurring questions get a reusable FAQ answer
  • The support group never has to be manually reread for patterns

Questions, answered

Does WebRun answer questions in the Session group?

No. It only reads and logs questions. Replying in the group is still done by your team.

How does it know a question is a repeat?

It compares the topic against the running Sheets log, so a question asked a second or third time gets flagged instead of logged as new.

Where does the FAQ live?

In Notion. WebRun updates it only when a question has genuinely come up more than once, so it does not fill up with one-off questions.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
