Questions, answered
Will it delete my emails to free up space?
No. WebRun never deletes a message, empties a trash folder, or moves mail. It reports what is taking room and leaves every deletion to you.
Does it read the content of my mail?
It reads folder sizes, attachment sizes, and dates to work out where the space went. It does not forward, copy, or send your message content anywhere.
How early does it warn me?
At whatever threshold you choose, commonly 80 percent of quota. Below that it stays silent, so the message only arrives when there is still time to clear space.
Put this on autopilot.
