Questions, answered
What types of certifications does it track?
It tracks all certifications and training credentials configured in the FranConnect Training and Development module, including food safety, brand training completions, and any custom credential types your team has set up.
Will it contact the franchisee or their staff about expiring credentials?
No. Alerts go to your internal compliance team in Slack only. Any outreach to a franchisee about their credentials is handled by your team after reviewing the report.
What if a credential is renewed before Monday?
The run reads live certification status from FranConnect each Monday, so any credential renewed since the last run will be marked resolved in Google Sheets and excluded from the Slack alert.
