How can an FQHC automatically prepare recall reminders for patients due for screenings?
WebRun opens Azara DRVS every Monday, identifies patients overdue for screenings and preventive services, and logs a prioritized recall list in Google Sheets. It then queues SMS reminder drafts in Twilio for each patient, held for staff approval before sending, so no recall message goes out without a human review.
- Overdue-screening patients identified and prioritized weekly without manual chart reviews
- No patient texted until a staff member has reviewed and approved the message
- Duplicate outreach blocked automatically for anyone contacted in the past 14 days
Built for FQHCs · community health centers · care coordinators · preventive care teams
