Automated Fortinet License Expiry Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to your Fortinet support account, lists every registered device with its serial number, model, support contract, and service subscription end dates, updates the matching record in your Airtable asset register, and posts to Microsoft Teams anything expiring in the next ninety days.
How do I track Fortinet support contract and license expiry dates?
WebRun signs in to your Fortinet support account every Monday, lists every registered device with its serial, model, and support and service end dates, and updates your Airtable asset register. It then posts anything expiring within ninety days to Microsoft Teams, so protection never lapses unnoticed.

- The asset register stays accurate without manual entry
- Expiring subscriptions surface ninety days ahead of renewal

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it renew a contract or spend money?
No. WebRun only reads your registered products and their expiry dates. Renewals, quotes, and purchases stay entirely with your team and your reseller.
Does it change firewall configuration?
No. The run never touches device configuration, policies, or firmware. It reads the support portal record and writes only to Airtable and Teams.
How much warning do we get?
Ninety days by default, and you can set any window. Anything already expired is called out separately at the top of the Teams message every Monday.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
