Automated Flooring Warranty Registration Follow-Up
Every morning, WebRun opens RFMS and finds flooring installations completed 7 days ago where warranty registration has not yet been recorded. For each, it drafts a reminder email to the customer with the registration link and product details, then posts a Slack digest for your team to review before any message is sent.
How do I automatically follow up with flooring customers about warranty registration?
Seven days after each flooring installation, WebRun checks RFMS for customers who have not yet logged a warranty registration. For each, it drafts a helpful reminder email in Gmail with the product name, manufacturer, and registration link. Your team reviews the drafts in Slack before sending, protecting every customer's warranty coverage.
- Every customer is reminded to register their warranty within days of installation
- Warranty registration rates increase without any manual follow-up effort
- No warranty reminder is sent without team review

Questions, answered
Will it send warranty reminders to customers automatically?
No. Every warranty reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack for your team to review. Messages only go to customers after a team member opens and sends each draft.
How does it track whether a customer has already registered?
WebRun reads the warranty registration field in each RFMS job record. If your team logs registration confirmation there after the customer completes it, those jobs are excluded from future reminder batches.
Does it work for all flooring product types, including carpet and LVP?
Yes. WebRun reads the product name and manufacturer from the RFMS job record regardless of product type, so the reminder includes the correct product details for carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, or any other flooring category.
