Will it charge the customer's card automatically?
No. WebRun creates a Stripe payment link and drafts the email, but never charges a card on its own. The customer clicks the link and pays at their own initiative, and the email only goes out after your team approves the draft.
How does the deposit amount get set?
WebRun reads the deposit amount directly from the confirmed job record in RFMS. Whatever your team entered there is what appears in the Stripe payment link and the draft email.
What if the customer already paid a deposit?
WebRun checks the deposit balance field in RFMS before creating a payment link. If the balance is zero, it skips the job and does not create a duplicate request.
