Automated Flodesk Campaign Performance Recap

Every morning, WebRun opens Flodesk, finds the emails sent in the last few days, reads the delivered count, open rate, click rate and unsubscribes for each, posts a plain recap to your Microsoft Teams channel with the change against your rolling average, and flags on Telegram any send that came in below your benchmark.

In short

How do I track how my email campaigns performed after each send?

WebRun recaps your Flodesk email results every morning. It reads the delivered count, open rate, click rate and unsubscribes for every recent send, compares each against your rolling average, posts the recap to Microsoft Teams, and flags on Telegram any campaign that missed your benchmark.

  • Every send gets a results read without opening the dashboard
  • A weak campaign is flagged while the audience is still warm
  • Subject lines that work are named, so the next send starts from evidence

Good to know

Questions, answered

Can it send or resend an email?

No. WebRun only reads results from sends that already went out. It never sends a campaign, never resends to non-openers, never schedules one and never edits a workflow, so no subscriber ever receives mail because of this workflow.

What counts as an underperforming send?

Whatever benchmark you set. You choose the minimum open rate and click rate and the maximum unsubscribe rate, and only sends that miss one of them get flagged on Telegram.

Why does it wait a few days before reporting?

Because opens and clicks keep arriving after a send. WebRun reads emails once they have had time to settle, so the recap reflects real performance rather than the first hour.

Put this on autopilot.
