Send Delivery-Status SMS to Customers
Every 15 minutes, WebRun checks ShipStation for shipments that just went Out for Delivery or hit a same-day delay exception, drafts a short SMS for each customer using Twilio, queues each message for one-click approval in Slack, and only sends after a team member confirms - so customers always hear from you first.

Every 15 minutes, WebRun checks ShipStation for shipments that just went out for delivery or hit a same-day delay exception, drafts a short SMS update for each customer via Twilio, and queues each message in Slack for one-click approval - so customers hear from you first, but nothing sends without a team member confirming.
- Customers notified of delays before they contact support
- Every outbound SMS reviewed by a team member before sending
- Response time to delivery exceptions cut from hours to minutes

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it text customers automatically without anyone checking?
Never. Every SMS is staged and posted to Slack first. A team member must explicitly approve before Twilio sends anything - especially for delay messages.
What if a customer has opted out of SMS marketing?
Twilio respects opt-out lists automatically. If a number has unsubscribed, the message will not be sent regardless of approval - compliance is handled at the Twilio layer.
Can I customise the message tone for different event types?
Yes - give WebRun separate tone guides for good news (Out for Delivery) and bad news (Delay). It will use the right voice for each situation.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
