Automated Fathom Recording Coverage Audit
Every night, WebRun opens Fathom, walks the day's meeting list, flags every call with no recording or no summary, texts your on-call owner through Twilio when a customer call was missed, and posts the full coverage report and open action items to Microsoft Teams.
How do I check that every customer call got recorded?
WebRun audits your Fathom coverage every night. It walks the day's meeting list, flags every call with no recording or no summary, texts your on-call owner through Twilio when a customer call was missed, and posts the full coverage report plus open action items to Microsoft Teams.
- A missed customer call is known the same night, not next quarter
- Every meeting is marked covered or flagged with its host
- Open action items reach the team channel without anyone rewatching a call
Built for sales managers · customer success teams · revenue operations · consultancies

Questions, answered
Will it text customers or meeting guests?
No. Twilio texts only the internal on-call numbers you saved during setup. Any message addressed to a customer is left queued for your approval and never sent on its own.
What counts as a coverage gap?
A meeting on the day's list with no recording at all, or a recording that produced no summary. Both are named with their host and time so the notes can still be written the same night.
Does it read call content?
It reads the summaries and action items Fathom already produced, so the Teams report carries real follow-ups. It does not alter, share, or delete any recording.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
