Automated FundThrough Debtor Credit Watchlist

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the list of active debtors from FundThrough, checks each one's recent payment behavior within the platform, flags those showing deteriorating patterns such as consistently slower payments or rising days-to-pay, and posts an updated watchlist to Google Sheets with a Slack alert for debtors newly entering the watch zone.

In short

How do I monitor debtor payment health in my FundThrough portfolio?

WebRun pulls your active FundThrough debtors every Monday, reviews their payment behavior trends within the platform, and flags any showing signs of credit stress such as rising days-to-pay or open overdue invoices. An updated Google Sheets watchlist and a Slack alert for newly flagged debtors give your team early warning before a slow debtor affects your cash flow.

  • Payment stress signals appear on the watchlist before they become bad debt
  • Team gets a Slack alert only for newly flagged debtors, not every monitored one
  • Cleared debtors are archived automatically so the list stays focused

Questions, answered

Will it reduce the advance rate on a flagged debtor automatically?

No. WebRun only surfaces the signal. All decisions about adjusting rates, reducing exposure, or contacting clients are made by your team after reviewing the watchlist.

What payment behavior signals does it track?

WebRun tracks average days-to-pay versus the debtor's baseline, trend direction over three periods, and any open overdue invoices. You can adjust the threshold for flagging during setup.

How long does a debtor stay on the watchlist?

A debtor remains on the watchlist while the signal persists. WebRun automatically moves them to 'cleared' status when their payment behavior returns to within 5 days of their baseline for two consecutive weeks.

Put this on autopilot.
