Automated EZ Texting Campaign Recap

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to EZ Texting, opens the reporting for campaigns sent in the last seven days, records sends, deliveries, failures, clicks and opt-outs for each, posts a ranked summary to Slack, and drafts a written recap email in Gmail for the person who approves the spend.

In short

How do I report on SMS campaign performance every week?

WebRun opens EZ Texting every Monday and reads the reporting for every campaign sent in the last seven days, recording sends, deliveries, failures, clicks and opt-outs. It posts a ranked summary to Slack and drafts a written recap in Gmail for the budget owner to review and send.

  • Campaign results reach the team every Monday without anyone exporting a report
  • Rising opt-out rates are visible the week they happen
  • Lists with high failure rates get flagged for cleaning instead of quietly wasting sends

Questions, answered

Will it send text campaigns?

No. WebRun only reads reporting. Creating, scheduling, or sending a campaign is never done by the run, so no message reaches a subscriber without a human deciding to send it.

Does the recap email go out on its own?

No. The Gmail recap is left in Drafts. You read the numbers, edit anything you want, and press send yourself.

How does it know a campaign underperformed?

It compares click, delivery, and opt-out rates against your own recent range rather than an invented benchmark, so a bad week is judged against how your lists normally behave.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
