Will it post the scrap cost to my books automatically?

No. WebRun drafts a memo noting the shift's scrap weight and estimated cost, then leaves it unposted in QuickBooks. Your controller or bookkeeper reviews it before anything hits the ledger.

How is the scrap ratio worked out?

It divides the shift's true scrap and regrind used by total output recorded in CyFrame, per line. Anything above that line's normal range is flagged so it stands out in the tracker.

Does a high regrind percentage always mean a problem?

Not on its own. Regrind is a normal part of most profile runs. WebRun flags a ratio only when it moves outside the line's usual range, so you catch a real shift, not everyday variation.
