Spot the gap between forecast and run schedule
Every Monday, WebRun opens CyFrame, compares this month's sales forecast against the scheduled run plan for each profile, logs any SKU with no run scheduled or a quantity shortfall to a Google Sheet, and drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks for the resin needed to cover the gap, left unapproved for you to review.

How do I spot the gap between sales forecast and the extrusion run schedule?
WebRun catches a forecast gap before it becomes a stockout. Every Monday it opens CyFrame, compares the sales forecast against the scheduled run plan for each profile, logs any SKU with no run scheduled or a quantity shortfall to a Google Sheet, and drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks for the resin needed, left unapproved for review.
- A forecast to schedule gap is caught a week out, not at the ship date
- Material shortfalls have a drafted purchase order ready for approval
- No SKU runs short of demand unnoticed

Questions, answered
Will it send the purchase order to a supplier on its own?
No. WebRun drafts the purchase order in QuickBooks and leaves it unapproved. Someone on your team reviews the quantities and supplier before it is sent, so no order goes out on its own.
How does it find a gap between forecast and schedule?
It compares the sales forecast by profile SKU against the scheduled run plan and material requirements plan in CyFrame. Any SKU with no run scheduled, or scheduled below the forecast quantity, is flagged with the shortfall.
What if the schedule gets updated later in the week?
The gap report reflects whatever CyFrame shows each Monday. If a run gets added or increased later, the next run picks up the change and drops the SKU from the shortfall list once it is covered.
