Questions, answered
Will it remove devices or change my subscription?
No. WebRun reads your ESET account and reports what it finds. Removing a device, freeing a seat, or changing a subscription is always done by you, so nothing loses protection by accident.
How does it decide a device is dormant?
By last check-in against a threshold you set, for example 30 days with no connection. Every dormant device is listed with its owner and exact last check-in date so you can confirm before acting.
Does it message the device owners?
No. The text goes to your own saved number and the inventory goes to your own Airtable base. Device owners are never contacted.
