In short

How do I send my crew today's delivery and pickup schedule automatically?

WebRun opens Point of Rental every morning and pulls every delivery and pickup scheduled for the day. It builds a driver-by-driver run sheet in Google Calendar with jobsite addresses, equipment, and time windows, then sends your dispatch team a Telegram digest before the first truck leaves, so every driver starts the day with a clear, ordered stop list.

  • Drivers get an ordered run sheet before the first truck leaves the yard
  • Dispatch stops rebuilding the day's schedule by hand each morning
  • Tight time windows and special equipment notes are flagged automatically

Questions, answered

Is it safe to run unattended?

Yes. This workflow only reads bookings in Point of Rental and writes internal calendar events and a Telegram digest. It contacts no customer and changes no contract, so it is safe to run every morning.

How does it decide which driver gets which stop?

It reads the driver already assigned to each delivery or pickup in Point of Rental. It does not reassign drivers, it organizes and schedules the stops each driver already owns.

What happens if a delivery is added after the digest goes out?

The next morning's run picks up any new booking automatically. For same-day additions, your dispatcher can add the stop to the driver's calendar directly.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
