Automatic Element Pending Invite Cleanup
Every Monday, WebRun opens Element, walks the rooms and spaces you manage, lists every invite that was sent but never accepted, works out how long each has been pending, logs them in Airtable, and posts a re-invite or remove list to Microsoft Teams.
How do I find Element room invites that were never accepted?
WebRun clears your stale Element invites every Monday. It walks the rooms and spaces you manage, finds every invitation that was sent but never accepted, and ages each one in days. The list goes into Airtable and a re-invite or remove suggestion is posted to Microsoft Teams, so nobody sits in invite limbo.
- Every pending invite is aged and named weekly
- People who never onboarded anywhere are spotted by pattern
- Rooms stop carrying members who never joined
Built for workspace admins · IT teams · community managers · open source maintainers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it remove people or withdraw invites?
No. WebRun never changes room membership. It lists pending invites with a suggestion, and an admin does the re-inviting or removing by hand in Element.
Does it read messages in the rooms?
No. It reads member lists and invite status only. Room content is never opened, so private conversations stay private.
How old does an invite have to be to appear?
You set the threshold, for example fourteen days. Anything past it shows on the Teams list with a suggestion, while newer invites are logged in Airtable but stay quiet.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
