Will it email students on its own?
No. WebRun drafts each class reminder and leaves it unsent in Gmail Drafts. You review the list, edit the wording, and send only the reminders you approve, so no message goes to a class without you.
How does it know which sections are lagging?
It reads the response-rate view in Canvas Course Evaluations, which shows each section's live completion rate and close date, then flags sections under the target you set with the days remaining in the survey window.
Can it see individual student responses?
No. WebRun reads only the aggregate response rate per section, never who responded or what they said. Course evaluations stay anonymous, and the reminders speak to the class as a whole.
