Automated e-conomic VAT Period Prep
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to e-conomic, opens the current VAT period, counts the days left to the reporting deadline, lists the draft entries and unposted vouchers still sitting inside that period, sends the readiness summary to Telegram, and texts you through Twilio once the deadline is close and work is still outstanding.
How do I get the VAT period ready before the deadline?
WebRun opens e-conomic every Monday, reads the open VAT period, and counts the days left to the reporting deadline. It lists the draft entries and unposted vouchers still sitting in that period, sends the summary to Telegram, and texts you through Twilio as the deadline gets close.
- You know a week ahead exactly what is still unposted
- The VAT figure stops being assembled the night before
- Unmatched supplier documents are chased while there is time

Questions, answered
Will it post entries or file the VAT report?
No. WebRun reads the period and reports what is outstanding. It never posts a draft entry, never books a voucher, and never files or submits the VAT report, because a filing cannot be taken back.
How early does it start warning me?
It reports every Monday for the whole period, and the text alert starts once the deadline is inside the window you set, commonly the last week or two, so the figure is never assembled overnight.
Does it chase suppliers for missing documents?
No. It lists the unmatched documents by supplier so you know who to chase, but WebRun never emails or texts a supplier. Contacting them stays your call.
