Automated EarthLink Spam Folder Rescue

Every morning, WebRun signs into EarthLink Mail, reads the messages that landed in spam since yesterday, picks out the ones from senders you actually deal with, posts them to Slack with a suggested filter rule for each sender, and messages you on WhatsApp if one looks time sensitive.

In short

How do I find real emails stuck in my spam folder?

Every morning WebRun signs into EarthLink Mail, reads what landed in the spam folder overnight, and picks out messages from senders you actually deal with. It posts them to Slack with a suggested filter rule per sender and messages you on WhatsApp if something looks time sensitive, deleting nothing.

  • Real mail caught by the filter is found the same morning
  • Each rescued sender comes with a rule that stops the repeat
  • Nothing is ever deleted, so a wrong call costs nothing

Built for small business owners · sole traders · consultants · anyone on a legacy mailbox

    • Message yourself when a rescued item looks time sensitive, such as a bill, a delivery or a reply in a live thread

    • Stay silent on mornings when nothing urgent was caught

Done when Anything urgent found in spam has reached you the same morning.

Questions, answered

Will it delete anything from my spam folder?

No. WebRun only reads the folder and reports what it found. It never deletes a message, never empties spam, and never marks anything as junk, so nothing can be lost by a wrong judgement.

Does it reply to the messages it rescues?

No. It reports the sender, subject and date to Slack and leaves the reply to you. Rescued mail often needs a considered answer, and that stays a human job.

Will it change my filters automatically?

No. It suggests a sender or domain rule for each rescued message and you apply the ones you want. A filter rule affects every future message, so it stays your decision.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
