Automated Dubbing Deadline Risk Alerts

Through the day, WebRun checks VoiceQ for how many lines each character has recorded against the project deadline, compares that to the sessions booked on Google Calendar, and pings you on Telegram when an actor's remaining workload no longer fits the time left, so slipping deadlines surface early.

In short

How do I get alerted when a dubbing deadline is slipping?

Through the day, WebRun reads each character's recorded line count and due date in VoiceQ and adds up the booth sessions booked on Google Calendar. When an actor's remaining work no longer fits the time booked before the deadline, it pings you on Telegram with the shortfall, so slips surface early enough to fix.

  • Slipping deadlines surface hours early, not on delivery day
  • You see exactly how much booth time each at-risk part is short
  • The channel stays quiet until a deadline genuinely needs attention

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.voiceq.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
VoiceQ - measure recorded progress per character
    voiceq.com
WebRun in VoiceQ: measure recorded progress per character
WebRun opens VoiceQ to measure recorded progress per character.
    • Open VoiceQ and read the recorded versus total line count for each character in active projects
    • Note each character's or project's target completion date
    • Estimate the recording time still needed from the lines remaining

Done when Every active character has a recorded count, a due date, and an estimate of work left.

  3. 2
Google Calendar - check booked session time left
    calendar.google.com
WebRun in Google Calendar: check booked session time left
WebRun opens Google Calendar to check booked session time left.
    • Open Google Calendar and read the recording sessions booked before each deadline
    • Add up the booth hours actually scheduled for each character or project
    • Compare booked time against the estimated work left to find shortfalls

Done when Each at-risk character has booked time compared against the work remaining.

  4. 3
Telegram - ping you when a deadline is at risk
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: ping you when a deadline is at risk
WebRun opens Telegram to ping you when a deadline is at risk.
    • Send a Telegram alert naming each character or project whose deadline is now at risk
    • Include lines remaining, the deadline, and how much booked time falls short
    • Only alert when the gap crosses your threshold, so the channel stays quiet otherwise

Done when You are pinged on Telegram about every deadline that no longer fits the booked time.

Questions, answered

Will it message actors or reschedule sessions itself?

No. WebRun only sends you an internal Telegram alert. It never contacts talent or moves a calendar booking, so rescheduling and outreach stay entirely in your hands.

How does it decide a deadline is at risk?

It compares the lines still to record in VoiceQ against the booth hours actually booked on Google Calendar before the due date. When the remaining work no longer fits the booked time by your set margin, it alerts.

Will it spam me every time it runs?

No. It only pings when a deadline newly crosses your risk threshold, and it will not repeat the same alert unless the situation gets worse, so the channel stays quiet on normal days.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
