Automated Douyin Comment Triage
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Douyin, reads the new comments on your recent videos, separates real questions from noise, drafts a reply for each one in Notion for you to approve and post, and queues a Twilio text when a comment reads as a public complaint.
How do I keep up with comments and questions on my videos?
WebRun reads the new comments on your recent Douyin videos every morning and sorts them into questions, compliments, complaints, and noise. It drafts a reply for each real question in Notion, left unposted for your approval, and queues a Twilio text quoting any comment that reads as a public complaint.
- Buying questions get an answer the same morning
- Public complaints are flagged within minutes, not days
- No reply is ever posted without a person approving the words
Built for social media managers · ecommerce brands · creators · agencies running client accounts
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
www.douyin.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Douyin - read the new comments
WebRun opens Douyin to read the new comments. - Sign in to Douyin and open your recent videos
- Read every comment posted since the last run
- Sort them into questions, compliments, complaints, and noise
- Record the commenter, the video, and the comment text for anything in the first three groups
- Read only. Never post a reply, a like, or a follow
Done when Every new comment is read and sorted into a group.
-
2
Notion - draft a reply for each question
WebRun opens Notion to draft a reply for each question. - Open today's comment page in your social Notion space
- List each question with the video it came from and the commenter name
- Draft a short reply for each in your brand voice and leave it unposted
- Group repeated questions together so one answer can serve several comments
- Add a line at the top counting how many replies are waiting for approval
Done when Every real question has a drafted reply waiting for approval in Notion.
-
3
Twilio - queue the urgent flag
WebRun opens Twilio to queue the urgent flag. - Open Twilio and prepare a short text for the account owner when a comment reads as a public complaint
- Quote the comment and name the video it sits under
- Queue the message for approval rather than sending it
- Queue nothing on mornings with no complaint in the comments
Done when An urgent flag is queued for approval whenever a public complaint appears.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it post replies on Douyin without me?
No. Every reply is written into Notion and left unposted. A public comment from your brand carries real weight, so WebRun prepares the words and a person copies them across once they are happy.
How does it tell a real question from noise?
It reads each comment and sorts it into questions, compliments, complaints, and noise. Questions about price, stock, delivery, and how to buy are treated as real, and emoji-only or spam comments are left out of the draft list.
Why does a complaint get its own alert?
Because a public complaint is time sensitive in a way a product question is not. It gets a queued Twilio text quoting the comment, so the owner can decide within minutes rather than at the end of a working day.
