Avoid double-bookings
Every morning, WebRun opens DJ Event Planner and reads all confirmed bookings, then cross-checks them against Google Calendar for the same dates and times. If any overlap is detected, it posts an immediate Slack alert with the conflicting events so you can resolve the double-booking before a client is affected.

How do I automatically detect double-bookings in my DJ schedule?
WebRun compares all confirmed DJ Event Planner bookings against Google Calendar every morning for the next 60 days. If any date or time overlaps, it posts an immediate Slack alert with the conflicting events sorted by urgency. On clear days it confirms the schedule is clean.
- Double-bookings caught within hours of being created, not the week of the event
- 60-day look-ahead means you have time to resolve conflicts gracefully
- All-clear Slack message gives daily confidence the schedule is clean

Questions, answered
Will it cancel or modify any bookings to fix a conflict?
No. WebRun only surfaces conflicts in Slack. All decisions about how to resolve a double-booking, whether that means rescheduling, finding a stand-in, or contacting the client, remain with you.
What counts as a conflict?
Any two bookings in DJ Event Planner that overlap in date and time, or any DJ Event Planner booking that falls on the same date and time as a blocked event in Google Calendar, is flagged as a conflict.
What happens on days when the schedule is clear?
WebRun posts a brief all-clear message to Slack confirming no conflicts were found, so you can start the day confident your schedule is clean without manually checking two systems.
