Questions, answered
Will it remove people or change departments itself?
No. WebRun reads the directory and never removes an account, edits a department, or takes anyone out of a group chat. Removing access is irreversible, so it stays a human action.
Does it email department heads automatically?
No. Each confirmation is left as an unsent Gmail draft for the admin to review and send. Only the internal Trello cards are created on its own.
Why does a leaver still being listed matter?
Because approvals keep routing to them and they can still read their old group chats. Naming the chats alongside the account tells you exactly what access is still open.
