Will it approve or issue certificates itself?
No. WebRun reads the order queue and reports what each request is waiting on. Approving a request, adding a DNS record, or issuing a certificate stays with your security admin.
How does it know a request is stalled?
It compares today's validation status against the snapshot it logged in Google Sheets. Any order that has not moved forward in three days is flagged, and you can change that window.
Does this replace the expiry reminder?
No, it covers the opposite end. Expiry alerts watch certificates you already hold. This one watches requests that were placed but never issued, which is what actually holds up a launch.
