Automated Repair Parts Low-Stock Reorder Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens RepairShopr, scans your parts inventory for items below your reorder threshold, drafts a purchase order email to your supplier in Gmail, and posts a low-stock summary to Slack so your team can approve and send the order.
How do I automatically reorder repair parts when stock runs low?
Every morning, WebRun scans the RepairShopr parts inventory for items at or below your reorder level, drafts a purchase order email to the relevant supplier in Gmail, and posts a low-stock summary to Slack. Staff review the draft quantities and send the order, so your shop never runs out of the parts that keep repairs moving.
- Parts are reordered before stock runs out, not after a repair is delayed
- Out-of-stock parts are flagged as urgent in Slack so the team acts immediately
- Staff spend no time manually checking inventory levels each morning

Questions, answered
Will it send the purchase order to the supplier automatically?
No. The order is drafted in Gmail and waits for a staff member to review the quantities and supplier details before sending. Nothing is ordered without human approval.
How does it know what to reorder and in what quantity?
It reads the reorder level and reorder quantity you have set on each part in RepairShopr. Update those fields in your inventory and WebRun will use them every morning.
What if a part has multiple suppliers?
WebRun uses the preferred supplier listed on the part in RepairShopr. If no preferred supplier is set, it flags the part in Slack for a staff member to assign a supplier before the order is placed.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
