In short

How do I automatically follow up on unapproved repair estimates?

Every morning, WebRun scans RepairShopr for estimates that have been waiting on customer approval for over 24 hours, drafts a polite follow-up in Gmail for each one, and posts your team a Slack list sorted by longest waiting. Staff review and send the drafts, keeping jobs moving without chasing manually.

  • Stalled estimates are followed up the next morning without manual chasing
  • Staff see every pending estimate sorted by age so the oldest jobs get priority
  • Customers receive a friendly nudge before the estimate window lapses

Questions, answered

Will it email customers without my team reviewing first?

No. Every follow-up is left as a Gmail draft for a staff member to read and send. Customers receive nothing until a human approves the message.

How long does it wait before flagging an estimate as stalled?

The default is 24 hours. You can tell WebRun to use a shorter or longer window to match how your shop normally operates.

What if the customer has already approved or declined the estimate?

WebRun reads live status from RepairShopr each morning, so any estimate that has already been actioned is skipped automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
