How does it account for time off?
It checks each team member's Google Calendar for time off or out-of-office blocks this week and subtracts that from their available hours, so someone on vacation isn't flagged as under capacity by mistake.
What counts as over capacity?
Anyone scheduled past 100 percent of their standard available hours for the week, adjusted for any time off. You can tighten that threshold if your studio prefers more buffer.
