In short

How do I get alerted before my Deribit options positions expire?

WebRun checks your open Deribit options and futures positions every morning, reading expiry dates and current margin usage for each. It posts a full summary to Microsoft Teams sorted by soonest expiry, and adds a Trello card for anything expiring within 48 hours, so no position quietly runs into expiry unnoticed.

  • Near term expiries are flagged 48 hours out instead of noticed the same day
  • Margin usage is visible every morning without opening the platform
  • A running Trello queue makes near expiry decisions easy to track

Questions, answered

Will WebRun close or roll a position before expiry?

No. WebRun only reads your open positions and reports expiry and margin usage. It never exercises, closes, or rolls a position on Deribit, and it never moves funds. Managing the position stays your decision.

How far ahead does it flag an expiry?

Anything expiring within 48 hours gets its own Trello card, giving you a standing queue of near term decisions instead of relying on memory.

Does it cover both options and futures?

Yes. It reads every open position across options and futures and reports expiry and margin details for each.

Put this on autopilot.
