In short

How do I verify tomorrow's dental patients' insurance eligibility automatically?

Every afternoon, WebRun opens Dentrix and reads the Insurance Eligibility page for tomorrow's scheduled patients. It logs each as verified, expired, or unverified in Google Sheets with the carrier and appointment time, then posts the front desk a Slack list of the patients whose coverage still needs a manual check.

  • Tomorrow's coverage is checked the day before, not at the chair
  • Only the patients needing a manual verification land on the call list
  • Fewer surprise coverage problems and last-minute scrambles at check-in

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in Dentrix?

No. WebRun only reads the Insurance Eligibility page and logs each status into your Google Sheet. It never edits coverage, the schedule, or patient records, so the prep is read-only and the front desk handles any manual verification.

How does it know who is verified?

It reads the eligibility indicator in Dentrix for each scheduled patient, which shows whether coverage is eligible, expired, or never checked, and logs that status with the carrier and appointment time.

What happens to patients it cannot confirm?

Anyone marked expired or unverified is sorted to the top of the Google Sheet and listed in Slack with their carrier and time, so the front desk can prioritise the calls before tomorrow's chairs fill.

Put this on autopilot.
