No. WebRun only builds the list and the calendar reminders. Your technician still does the actual breeding and logs the service in DairyComp 305 herself.

How does it decide which cows are due?

It reads each cow's voluntary waiting period, her last heat or breeding event, and any active synchronization protocol shot schedule in DairyComp 305, then lists anyone due for a shot or watch today.

What happens to a cow that doesn't get bred?

She rolls onto tomorrow's list automatically, and WebRun flags her as a repeat so your technician knows she's been missed before and can prioritize her.
