Automated Local Line Refund Exception Flags

Every morning, WebRun opens Local Line to check for refunded, voided, or exceptioned orders from the prior day, cross-checks each against Stripe to confirm payment status, flags any refund above your threshold or matching a suspicious pattern, and posts a concise exception list to Slack for your review.

In short

How do I automatically flag unusual refunds and order exceptions on my farm orders?

Every morning, WebRun scans Local Line for refunded or voided orders from the prior day, cross-checks each against Stripe to confirm amounts match, flags anything above your threshold or with a cross-system discrepancy, and posts the exception list to Slack before 9 AM. Your team reviews and acts, never WebRun.

  • Unusual refunds are caught and flagged the morning after they occur
  • Cross-system discrepancies between Local Line and Stripe are surfaced automatically
  • No financial action is taken without a human reviewing the exception first

Questions, answered

Will it issue or reverse any refunds automatically?

No. WebRun reads and flags only. Any refund or payment reversal requires your manual action in Stripe. WebRun never initiates financial transactions.

What counts as an unusual refund?

You configure a threshold during setup, for example any refund over a set dollar amount or any customer with more than one refund in 30 days, and WebRun flags anything that matches.

What if everything looks normal?

WebRun posts a brief all-clear to Slack confirming the check ran and no exceptions were found, so your team always knows the review is complete.

Put this on autopilot.
