Questions, answered
Will it send the renewal emails automatically?
No. Every renewal invitation is saved as a Gmail draft only. Nothing is sent to a member until you review and approve each email yourself.
What if a member renews after the draft was created?
On the next weekly run, WebRun checks Local Line again and skips anyone who has already renewed, so you will not send a duplicate invitation to a current member.
Can I customize the renewal offer or pricing in the email?
Yes. During setup you provide the renewal details, pricing, and any seasonal offer you want included, and WebRun incorporates them into every draft.
