Automated Local Line Daily Payment Reconciliation
Every evening, WebRun opens Local Line, tallies the day's completed orders, then cross-checks each payment against Stripe to spot any gaps or mismatches, and posts a clean reconciliation summary to Slack with a flag list of anything that needs your attention.
How do I automatically reconcile my farm stand orders with Stripe payments each evening?
Every evening, WebRun opens Local Line to collect the day's orders, then checks each one against Stripe payments to find gaps or mismatches. It posts a reconciliation digest to Slack listing total matched orders and any discrepancies that need attention, so your farm closes the books with confidence every night.
- Payment gaps are caught the same evening, not days later
- The whole team sees a clear all-clear or flag list in Slack each night
- Manual nightly reconciliation spreadsheets are eliminated

Questions, answered
Will it issue refunds or adjust payments automatically?
No. WebRun only reads and reports. Any payment correction, refund, or charge adjustment requires your manual action in Stripe.
What counts as a mismatch?
WebRun flags any Local Line order with no corresponding Stripe payment, any payment amount that differs from the order total, and any Stripe charge with no matching order ID.
Can it log the digest to QuickBooks as well?
Yes. If you connect QuickBooks, WebRun can also post a summary entry to your books as part of the same run, though any accounting entries still need your review before they are final.
