Automated Provider Credentialing Delinquency Risk Worklist
Every Monday, WebRun analyzes Modio Health OneView for providers showing multiple delinquency risk signals such as overdue document submissions, credentials expiring within 60 days, stalled payer enrollment applications, and unresolved exceptions, then scores each provider by risk level and writes a prioritized worklist to Google Sheets with a Slack summary for the credentialing director.
How do I identify providers at risk of credentialing delinquency before it happens?
WebRun scans Modio Health OneView every Monday for providers carrying multiple delinquency risk signals including overdue documents, expiring credentials, stalled enrollments, and unresolved exceptions. Each provider is scored by signal count, and the results are written to a prioritized Google Sheet worklist. The credentialing director gets a Slack summary of high-risk providers so the team can intervene before anyone falls out of good standing.
- High-risk providers identified and flagged before delinquency occurs, not after
- Credentialing director reviews a scored, prioritized worklist each Monday
- Resolved providers drop off the list automatically from live Modio Health data
Built for credentialing directors · CVOs · medical staff offices · healthcare compliance managers

Questions, answered
Does it contact providers flagged as high risk on its own?
No. WebRun builds the risk worklist for your credentialing team to act on. All provider outreach and remediation is initiated by your coordinators based on the prioritized list.
How is the risk score calculated?
Each active delinquency signal from Modio Health counts as one point. One signal is low risk, two is medium, and three or more is high risk. The score updates automatically each Monday as signals are resolved or new ones appear.
What if a provider's risk signals are resolved between runs?
Because WebRun reads live data from Modio Health at the start of each run, providers whose signals are fully resolved are removed from the worklist automatically. Providers with partial resolution move to a lower risk tier.
