Route credentialing approval packets to the right reviewers automatically
Every morning, WebRun opens Modio Health OneView, identifies provider files where all required documents are complete and primary source verification is done, drafts a routing cover note for each, and queues the approval packet in DocuSign for the appropriate reviewer to sign, then posts a Slack summary of what was queued.

How do I automatically route credentialing approval packets to the right reviewers?
WebRun checks Modio Health OneView every morning for provider files where documents and primary source verification are complete, then prepares a DocuSign approval envelope for each one routed to the correct reviewing authority. The team gets a Slack summary of what is queued, reviews the packets, and sends them - nothing goes out without human sign-off.
- Completed provider files move to approval routing the same day they are finished
- The team reviews staged DocuSign packets rather than building them manually
- No completed file sits waiting in Modio Health without a routing action
Built for credentialing coordinators · credentialing managers · CVOs · medical staff offices

- Skip any file already queued for approval in a prior run

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the DocuSign approval packet without my review?
No. Every envelope is prepared and staged in DocuSign but left unsent. A credentialing manager must review the packet and click Send before anything goes to the reviewer. Credentialing approval routing is always a human decision.
How does it know which reviewer to route to?
It reads the reviewing authority assigned to each provider's credential type from Modio Health OneView. If no reviewer is assigned, the file is flagged in Slack for manual routing.
What if a provider's file is only partially complete?
Only files where document collection and primary source verification are both confirmed complete in Modio Health are included. Incomplete files are skipped and tracked separately by the document collection workflow.
