Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email counterparties automatically?
No. Every follow-up is drafted in Gmail and left for the broker to review and approve before sending. Nothing goes to a counterparty without your explicit sign-off.
How does it know which documents are outstanding?
It reads the deal stage and document status in Buildout. You configure which stages require which documents and the waiting period before a chase is triggered.
What if the counterparty already sent the document?
Update the document status in Buildout. On the next run, WebRun will see it resolved and skip that deal, keeping only genuinely outstanding items in the chase log.
