Automated Crane Coverage Reports

At the start of each quarter, WebRun opens InspectAll, tallies for each customer which cranes were inspected, which passed, and which are still outstanding, builds a coverage summary in a Google Sheet, and drafts a client-ready report email per account in Gmail, then leaves each unsent for your account manager to review.

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.inspectall.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    InspectAll - tally inspection coverage
    inspectall.com
WebRun in InspectAll: tally inspection coverage
WebRun opens InspectAll to tally the quarter's inspection coverage per customer.
    • Open InspectAll and pull the quarter's completed inspections grouped by customer
    • For each customer, tally cranes inspected, cranes that passed, and cranes still outstanding
    • Note any open critical deficiency so it can be called out honestly in the report

Done when Each customer's inspected, passed, and outstanding crane counts for the quarter are tallied.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - build the coverage summary
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: build the coverage summary
WebRun builds the per-customer coverage summary in a Google Sheet.
    • Build a coverage summary per customer: total cranes, inspected, passed, and outstanding
    • Add a short line on any open critical deficiency and its status
    • Keep a tab per customer so the quarter's coverage is clear at a glance

Done when A clean coverage summary exists per customer for the quarter.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the client report
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft the client report
WebRun drafts the quarterly coverage report per customer in Gmail and leaves it for review.
    • Draft a clear, on-brand report email per customer summarizing the quarter's coverage
    • Reference the counts and any outstanding cranes so the picture is honest
    • Leave each report unsent in drafts for your account manager to review and send. Never send it automatically

Done when A client report email is drafted and waiting in Gmail for a human to approve and send.

Questions, answered

Will it send the report to customers without me?

No. WebRun drafts each client report in Gmail and leaves it unsent. Your account manager reviews the counts and any outstanding cranes, then sends it. Nothing reaches a customer until a person approves it.

Where do the coverage numbers come from?

It tallies the quarter's completed inspections in InspectAll per customer, counting cranes inspected, passed, and still outstanding, so the report reflects your live inspection records rather than a hand-built tally.

Does it hide cranes that still need work?

No. It calls out any outstanding crane and any open critical deficiency so the report is honest, which is exactly what earns a customer's trust and keeps their fleet safe.
