How does it know if a seam QC checklist has been completed?
It reads the digital job packet in Moraware Systemize for each upcoming install job. If the seam QC checklist form is missing or has unchecked items, the job is flagged. You configure the checklist name during setup.
Does it stop the install from going ahead if QC is missing?
No. WebRun only alerts your supervisor in Slack. The decision to hold or proceed with an install is always made by a human. The alert gives you time to act before the crew leaves.
What if the QC checklist is completed after the digest runs?
The next morning's digest will not flag that job. You can also trigger the workflow manually at any time to get a fresh check closer to the install start time.
