In short

How do I track countertop remakes and reworks from Moraware to reduce repeat errors?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Moraware Systemize, pulls all jobs tagged as remakes or reworks from the past week, captures the cause, material, and crew for each, and logs everything to a Google Sheet. The running summary tab shows which causes and crews generate the most rework so you can fix the root problem.

  • Remake patterns are visible within weeks, not quarters
  • Crew and cause data points to exactly where process improvements are needed
  • Material and labour costs from rework are tracked in one persistent sheet

Questions, answered

How does it know which jobs are remakes or reworks?

It reads the job type or tag you use in Moraware Systemize to mark remakes and reworks. If you use a custom status or tag, tell WebRun the exact label during setup and it will filter on that.

Does it notify the crew or customer about the rework?

No. This is an internal tracking report only. WebRun logs data to Google Sheets and does not contact crews, customers, or suppliers on its own.

Can it show me which crew has the most remakes?

Yes. The Google Sheet includes a summary tab that breaks down remakes by crew and cause code over time, so you can see where to focus training or process improvements.
